2025 August Monthly Finals - Viewer’s Guide

The race for the Clash of Clans World Championship is heating up. August 30–31 marks the final Monthly Finals of the 2025 season, and with it, two Golden Tickets are on the line.

Let’s break down what you need to know before the action kicks off.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

The August Monthly Finals follow a double-elimination format with 8 total teams. Teams earned their spot through the Open Ladder and Monthly Qualifiers.

Day 1 – August 30

• Upper Bracket Round 1
• Upper Bracket Round 2
• Lower Bracket Round 1

Day 2 – August 31

• Remaining Upper and Lower Bracket Matches
• Grand Final

At the end of the weekend, two teams will walk away with a Golden Ticket — The winner and the top leaderboard team.

Hundreds entered the August Open Ladder. Now only 8 teams remain. These elite squads have battled through brutal Qualifiers and now stand just a few Wars away from securing their shot at the World Finals.
