Watch the World Championship Finals!

It’s almost time for the Clash of Clans World Championship Finals!

From 23-25 September, the most intense Clash action in the world will take place, LIVE from Helsinki, Finland. The top 8 teams from around the world will compete head-to-head to determine the 2022 World Champions in a three-day, double-elimination bracket. When everything concludes on the last day of the competition, one team will walk away with the grand prize of $300,000 and the title of World Champions!

Over the past several months, four teams qualified for the World Championship Finals through community tournaments: X Team Esports, M.S Esports, Tribe Gaming and STRUT. Four more teams recently earned Golden Tickets through the Championship Qualifiers: QW Stephanie, G・S, SpaceStation and Repotted Gaming.

X Team Esports, G・S, and Repotted Gaming will be World Championship Finals newcomers, with Repotted Gaming barely missing the cut during last year’s Last Chance Qualifier.

Multiple members of SpaceStation and M.S Esports have experience from the 2019 World Championship Finals, with two members of M.S Esports finishing 2nd place that year.

Speaking of 2nd place, QW Stephanie finished as runners-up in both 2020 and 2021! Tribe Gaming finished in 3rd place last year, just barely missing the Grand Finals. And of course there’s STRUT Esports, the 2020 World Champions, coming back to reclaim their crown!

Day 1 will begin at 7:00 AM UTC on Friday with the following 4 matches:

Day 1 will end with an elimination match in the Lower Bracket, as one team’s journey will come to an end. Day 2 will continue at 7:00 AM UTC on Saturday, with matches in both the Upper and Lower brackets until just 4 teams remain. Those 4 teams will compete starting at 7:00 AM on Sunday until World Champions are crowned! Check out the full double-elimination bracket format below:

And it wouldn’t be a World Championship Finals without a prize pool to match! The World Champions will take home $300,000, but every team will walk away with at least $40,000.
