EON League - Season 7

Hi Chief,

The wait is over: the 7th edition of the Eon League is here!

Join the adventure and compete against opponents at your level in a 5v5 format at Town Hall 17. Thanks to its tiered league system based on the CCN Elo Ranking, the Eon League guarantees balanced and competitive matchups for every team.

Let's break it down!

THE LEAGUES

There are a total of 3 leagues. Teams, based on their experience and ELO ranking, will be placed in one of them:

• Nebula League: This is the stage where many legendary teams first made their mark. It will include all teams ranked 56th and below in the CCN ELO Ranking.
• Outburst League: This is where the competition starts to heat up. It will include teams ranked from 25th to 55th in the CCN ELO Ranking.
• Ethereal League: This is where the best of the best in the Eon League compete. It will include teams ranked from 1st to 24th in the CCN ELO Ranking.

FORMAT

Every league will be split into three phases, which will be different depending by the league.

Nebula league

1st Phase - Group Stage

• Teams are divided into groups of 6.
• The Group Stage lasts 5 weeks, with each team playing one match per week.
• At the end of this phase, the top 64 teams qualify for the second phase.

2nd Phase - Direct elimination until Quarter-Finals

• The top 64 teams compete in a single-elimination bracket.
• Matches continue until only 8 teams remain, reaching the quarter-finals.

3rd Phase - Double Elimination Bracket

• The final 8 teams compete in a double-elimination bracket.
• One loss moves a team to the lower bracket, two losses result in elimination.
• The grand final is played as a Best of Three (BO3).

Ethereal and Outburst league

1st Phase - Regular Season

• The first phase is a Regular Season.
• Each team plays 5 matches against randomly selected opponents.
• After 5 weeks, the top 16 teams advance to the second phase.

2nd Phase - Swiss Stage

• The 16 teams enter a Swiss system stage.
• In Round 1, the highest-ranked team faces the lowest-ranked, second faces second-lowest, and so on.
• After three rounds, teams with 2 wins advance, those with 2 losses are eliminated.

3rd Phase - Double Elimination Bracket

• The last 8 teams compete in a double-elimination bracket.
• One loss sends a team to the lower bracket, two losses eliminate the team.
• The grand final is played as a Best of Three (BO3).

PRIZE POOL

The total Prize Pool amounts to $5,000, plus additional in-game items to make the Nebula League even more exciting!

But that’s not all: the MVP of each league will receive a Scenery of THEIR CHOICE.
